FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep front desk clean, organised, and supplied with necessary supplies
• Greet and communicate with guests
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
• Receive packages and deliver them to their proper destinations
• Prepare and manage incoming, outgoing mail
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Monitor supplies
• Place orders as needed
• Keep track and update records, files, office expenses and costs
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Has experience as Front Desk Representative or related role
• Has hands on experience with fax and printer
• Understanding of office management, bookkeeping, MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Critical thinker, problem solver and team player
• Good time-management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mind set
• High School SPM/Diploma considered as advantage
HOUSEKEEPING
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Make beds and change linens
• Wash windows
• Clean and vacuum carpets and rugs, mirrors, windows
• Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry
• Maintain clean linens, toiletries and other supplies in bathrooms
• Maintain bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries and other supplies
• Emptying trash and dispose rubbish
• Report any required maintenance repairs or replacements
• Provides professional, friendly and engaging service
• Respond to requests from guests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Able to work together as a team
• High school PMR/SPM
• Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus
• Familiar with cleaning chemical equipment
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure accurate accounting entries into the system
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors’ invoices, bills.
• Proper recording of petty cash transactions
• Ensure that bank records are properly updated
• Enter journal entries for month-end closing
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Provide administrative support when the need arises
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Required language; English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field
• Prefer candidate who can start work immediately
• Understanding of MS Office (Words, Excel, Power point and Adobe PDF)
• Familiar to SQL Accounting
HOTEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine building maintenance jobs such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance
• Clean machine’s interior
• Respond to maintenance and repair emergencies
• Identify and resolve problems
• Monitor hotel system for new maintenance requests and update remarks after task is done
• Perform maintenance tasks in guest rooms such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware and electrical equipment such as lighting, air conditioners, and AC ducts
• Work as an independent mechanic by analysing problems, identifying action plans, and finding solutions
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and supplies as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Able to read readings from metres, gauges, and other measuring units
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Able to read and understand test equipment, measuring tools, and safety manuals
• Focus on details, speed, and accuracy
• Know how to use and understand advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
